I decided to start this blog as a way to collect all of the recipes that I’ve been trying out in the last few years. I started Keto back in 2013 and since then I’ve made dozens upon dozens of different dishes to alternative meals that otherwise were full of carbs. I don’t only just cook stuff that’s keto-friendly. I also like to try out any new recipe no matter what it is because I love the cooking and baking.
Most of the recipes I’ve included on intheoven are those that other authors have created. No plagiarism is intended and proper credit is given when applicable.
