I have realized that baking bread is so much fun.
This is partly due to the fact that I have a bread machine (I’m pretty certain it’s 20 years old!) which makes it easier than sin since I don’t have a Kitchenaid mixer at my disposal. But who doesn’t love the smell of bread baking?! Or the crunch of the crust on a hot French Baguette?
But what I can tell you is that it’s certainly a lot harder to make French Baguettes then it would seem. I watched countless videos but my favorite hands down was one of Julien Picamil from Saveurs of Dartmouth.
I plan to keep trying to make the best looking baguette because I think I already got the taste down ;).
